A burnt tree is a life loss of the tree. A burnt forest is lives lost for thousands and a series of wildfires is clearly the next pandemic.
2021, the year which has witnessed the most severe wildfire condition in Nepal where more than 100 different areas have been burnt in simultaneous. With recent wildfires in Nepal, thousands of wild lives have been lost and the effect in climate is plain to see.

As a part of Rakshya, we have come up with the latest Disaster Response system for tracking and controlling wildfires in Nepal. The newest member of Rakshya family Nepal Wildfire Tracker, which is developed to track and control the upcoming wildfires in Nepal.
Features of the Wildfire Tracker
Due to the severe wildfires in hundreds of place simultaneously, we faced a degraded Air Quality Index almost all over Nepal. The air quality index reached up to 471 during this year. However, there was or even is some basic things that we can do in order to minimize the spread of these wildfires which have been included in this system.
