We're Voluntarily developing in Integrated Mobile and Web based Platform to Share, Learn and Recover from Corona Virus or future cases of Global Emergencies.

Mar 19GETTING THINGS READY
While the Backend Team Starts setting up Databases, our Server Engineer Sets up Cloud Infrastructures. Mobile and Frontend Team Gear up with Project Setups on their Laptops. Graphics are being made at the Creative Desk.
Mar 19TEAM ENROLLMENT BEGINS
Team at Cellapp Innovations, SmartPalika and Independent Volunteers started Enrolling to the Project.
Mar 20CiBOT – NEPALI
AI Team gears up for development of a Nepali Language Bot to answer all queries from people. This Bot is planned to be integrated to all SmartPalika Applications as well as onto the Rakshya Open Platform.

Initial Team Meets to Discuss, Divide Task and Plan the basics to Kick-off Project. We Planed the following to begin with. Self Assessment AI Tools under Rakshya Corona Virus Authentic Module for all SmartPalika Applications – 27 Local Governments CiBot Expansion for COVID19 Information in Nepali Unicode.

Corona Virus Awareness Module Development for 27 Local Government Applications Starts at SmartPalika. Team Works from Home is it was a Weekend!
Mar 2411 GOVERNMENT APPS UPDATED
In Just 3 Days, Team SmartPalika updates Authentic Information Module for COVID-19 to 11 of its Local Government Applications! Local Governments Included: Waling Municipality, Lalitpur Metropolitian City Ward 9, Mangalsen Municipality, Sikhar Municipality, Rupa Rural Municipality, etc.

We decided not just to add Covid Information to our SmartPalika apps but to develop an entire system of Covid Tracker and Quarantine Management with Live Tracking and provide it for free to all 753 Local Government of Nepal.

It was time for us to challenge ourselves and work on developing a fully fledged Covid Tracker and Quarantine Management system within a short time which was a few days. And then – The development work kick started.

Finally with the day-night hardwork of our Backend and Mobile team the system was ready and all set to be launched.
Apr 09SYSTEM HANDOVER BEGINS
As planned to provide the system to all the 753 Local Governments for FREE , the full fledged COVID-19 Quarantine / Live Tracking system handover begins from Bharatpur Metropolitan City.

Working regularly, we have prepared and provided the system for more than 20 Local Government Levels including Birgunj Metro City, Dhulikhel MUN, Raskot MUN, and many others. Our mission goes on with the hardwork of the TEAM.

With the team working steadily and moving ahead day by day, we have already reached and handed the system to over 65 Local Governments till date.
Apr 28ADDING UP ADVANCED FEATURES
Going forward with a steady process and planning for creating further Impact, we’ve added more advanced features to the COVID Response System. We announced the addition of features such as Relief Management, Inventory Management, Municipal Connect and Volunteer Management.
